New guests begin with a digital consultation.
This allows me to review your current hair, your goals, and your hair history before scheduling, so we can choose the right service and set a clear plan from the start.
Many color and extension services require customized timing, product, and preparation. This step ensures your appointment is booked correctly and sets us up for the best possible result.
After submitting your form, you’ll receive next steps for booking your appointment.

All new extension guests begin with an in-person consultation.
During this appointment, I assess your natural hair, determine the most suitable extension method, and create a custom color match tailored to you.
Because extension hair is custom ordered, installation appointments are scheduled separately.

What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
If you filled out my Digital Consult Form, keep an eye on your Email (make sure to check that spam folder, just in case!)
I often sit down once a week and try to reply to these!

Once your appointment time has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation text and/or Email that your service has been scheduled, as well as a form from me with some additional information for me to collect & provide you about your upcoming appointment.

You will also receive a reminder of the appointment a couple days before your scheduled visit.​

The Mirror Room is located inside the Professional building at 268 State St, Unit 2-6, Bangor ME 04401
The Day Before/ Day of Appointment
Please arrive to your Color or Extension appointment with clean, dry hair that is free from excessive product (Hair that has been washed/clarified the day before, or the day of).
You will receive an appointment customization form with some additional directions to the salon & options for add-on customizations for our upcoming visit.

Come prepared with a couple of inspiration photos! We will talk about what you like (or don't like) about them. We will discuss your lifestyle, hair routine, maintenace, home care & long term goals.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE
There is a large waiting room on the ground floor as you enter the building.
If you are early, please wait here until your scheduled appointment time.

RESTROOM
From the waiting room exit into the hallway - head left and walk to the very end of the hallway - restroom is directly ahead. (There is also another restroom on the second floor, not far from my suite)

FINDING MY SUITE
Go upstairs to the second floor.
Take a left at the top of the stairs.
I'm the last door on the right (Unit 2-6)

After - Goodbye!
Leave the salon with a dreamy new head of hair, feeling more empowered, and like you can conquer anything you put your mind to (you can!).
